Here's a couple of versions of 3-D type I created in StudioPro for a full-page ad. I used photos from a PhotoDisc collection of industrial textures as texture maps for the objects. For the second image (which was used in the ad) I used StudioPro to create the raised bumps and rendered the file as a grayscale tiff which I then multiplied in Photoshop with a photo of colored metal.
