The frames were screen captures from Photoshop which I placed in Premiere and gave varying durations. I then recorded the narration in Deck and added it in Premiere. To make the file small enough (it was 14mgs) for the internet I saved it at 256 colors, animation compression of 50, and 11khz 8 bit sound.
